Aqualisa manufacture high quality showers that were traditionally recommended and fitted by plumbers. With today’s consumer having more of a say in the selection of bathroom appliances, our brief was to reappraise the brand to suit this new shift in choice and spend.

The first part of the project involved a complete redesign of the identity to reflect the nature of the Aqualisa product: showering. Call it serendipity, but when we discovered how the down-stroke of the 'Q' mirrored the hot section of a shower dial, we knew that we were on to a winner.

An emotional connection

Choice of imagery, across point of sale and brochures, was just as important as the identity itself. We wanted to move away from the usual static shower product shots, instead evoking a sense of enjoyment around the subject of water and showering.
