Bespoke book makers, Hurtwood Press, produce some of the world’s finest publications from the idyll of its Oxted HQ.

We had already designed Hurtwood's typographic tree logo, using wood block type from its workshop, so it made sense to bring this tree to life; by using birds as the main theme for the website. Various illustrators with a variety of styles were commissioned to produce Hurtwood's fine-feathered friends; each bird representing a different section of the site.
