Having successfully refreshed the Octavian identity we then looked at how to introduce the new brand and its positioning to all existing clients. Designed to both announce and engage, we created a pack that was sent to every client containing a personalised letter, copper etched membership card, a brochure on building a wine collection, and the first cards in a unique set from a renowned master of wine.
Designed to highlight the sense of belonging to an exclusive club, and there to highlight the brand promise of finer, safer, more valuable wine, this was our next step in shifting perceptions from simple storage to valued expert.
